| 10. | It hasn't solved the major problems of the Treo 600: Poor phone reception, regardless of carrier; convoluted entry system of phone numbers (19 clicks to begin and end a phone call); impossibly small keys made even more difficult by requiring the push of a button twice to enter numbers and signs like * or #, which are needed to access office voice mail (and if you're not quick enough to enter those symbols, you've got to start all over from scratch, i.e. make your phone call, punch in your VM code, etc.); poor tech support (although they are courteous in their ignorance); and a half-pound of metal will bulge and pull your Brooks Brothers suit sufficiently to make it resemble a J.C. Penny's wash and wear.

6. Why invest in an OS that will be obsolete with Cobalt and which DOESN'T support OS X?
Beleive me I've been waiting FOREVER for this phone and since Apple won't make me a super Newton and since Windows Mobile is well, Windows Mobile I am out of luck. Can't ANYONE get this smartphone theory down right? |
