English is the language that should be used for international communication. it is the future. it does not have to eradicate other languages, it can be a part of a global bilingualism. |

| 18. | My choice for a world government language is Globa which was developed by William Starin for use in the Leadic Government. By tests Globa is 1/5 to 1/10 as difficult to learn as English. Also, Globa has been designed to handle the thought patterns or lingistic patterns used by almost every language. It is culturally neutral. |

| 27. | Like English, French is spoken on all the major continents. There is the possibility to expose much of the world to the French language. The grammar is straightforward and would be easy to pick up for those millions of people who already speak English or Spanish. A number of stable and powerful countries use French as an official language already (Switzerland, France, Belgium, Canada, Luxembourg) which is excellent for consistency. However, it is unfortunate that the many African countries that use French are also considered economically disadvantaged and lacking in stability. It would be fantastic to utilize those French speakers more in the economically advantaged countries as well. |
