Landlord Eviction Attorneys

I feel that having a professional eviction attorney is the best thing any landlord can do. It is important to have all the right tools to do a job well and an attorney is one of those tools that are sometimes needed.
It's worth the time to find the right person for the job.

Lawyer

I do all the legal work up to the point of serving the summons for nonpayment. Then I let the attorney take over because the courtroom is best left to lawyers in my opinion.

Msot of the time the late notice or Pay Rent or Quit notice does the job for me. Bombarding the tenant with forms right away when there is a problem really gets to them.
