| Posted By: TL Posted On: Aug 14, 2009 Views: 547 | Questions Well said Sally! I would like to know 1. Is sexual violence not legally viewed as domestic violence/assault/battery/causing grevious harm? If not, what is the basis for the separation. 2. Is there any legal recourse that currently exists for a victim of sexual violence perpetrated by his/her spouse? Since this amendment is being proposed, I must assume that 'legally' a husband cannot 'rape' his wife and vice versa. 3. What laws pertaining to 'rape' do we have in our country? |
